RESOLUTION TRUST CORPORATION
(RTC) Трастовая корпорация для урегулирования, созданная США в 1989 г. при участии правительства, в соответствии с законом о спасении от банкротства (ссудо-сберегательных ассоциаций) для объединения или ликвидации ссудо-сберегательных институтов, ставших несостоятельными в период с 1989 г. по август 1992т. RTC должна прекратить свою деятельность после 1996 г. и передать свои обязанности Страховому фонду сберегательных ассоциаций (Savings dissociation Insurance Fund, SAIF), являющемуся подразделением Федеральной корпорации страхования депозитов (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation). Контрольный совет Трастовой корпорации контролирует политику в целом и осуществляет надзор за распределением средств, предоставляемых RTC несостоятельным организациям.
